Annual Subsidies for 2024 have been processed!
KY Foundation’s Subsidies Committee has processed all applications for this year’s annual subsidies, and official decisions have been sent by email. This year, the Subsidies Committee received a record-breaking amount of applications – thank you for all the motivated and high-quality applications!
The purpose of the subsidies is to support associations that promote the social, professional, intellectual, as well as study and student life related aims within the Aalto University School of Business in addition to supporting the traditions of business students at KY.
Here are some tips for an exemplary application:
Make sure to have a clear and detailed budget: This allows the Subsidies Committee to accurately evaluate your association’s financial situation and your plans for the year.
Tell us about your association's goals: If your association is applying for a larger subsidy than previous years, clearly identify the reasons for a need-based raise in your association’s annual subsidy. We want to help your operations grow and support ambitious goals!
Provide all requested attachments in your application: Especially in the case of new associations, make sure you are a registered association, otherwise your application will be declined.
Psst! Next fall the Subsidies Committee will once again organize a Speed Grant -event for all KY associations and independent applicants. During the Speed Grant -event, you can pitch your event idea to us and receive a decision about a project grant during the same day… So come up with an interesting and ambitious idea and leave the Subsidies Committee speechless! More information about the event will be shared this fall on KY’s communication channels.
